We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst / Tester with 7-9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, processes, and objectives.
- Analyze complex business problems and propose effective solutions.
- Develop detailed functional specifications, use cases, and test cases.
- Conduct thorough testing activities, including functional testing, regression testing, and non-functional testing.
- Create and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts using industry-standard tools.
- Participate in Proof of Concept (POC) activities to evaluate new technologies and methodologies.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects.
- Monitor and report on project progress and quality metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and testing.
- 7 to 9 years of experience in business analysis and testing roles.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Expertise in various testing types (functional, regression, non-functional, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, Appium, etc.).
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a specific domain or industry (e.g., healthcare, finance, e-commerce).
- Certification in business analysis or testing (CBAP, ISTQB).
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
