Description

Amazon seeks a talented Business Analyst to join the Marketplace Trust team at its India headquarter, based in Bengaluru, India. This role is for an passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed analyst.

The ideal candidate relishes working with large volumes of data, enjoys the challenge of highly complex technical contexts, and, above all else, is passionate about data and analytics. She/He is an expert with data modeling, ETL design and business intelligence tools. She/He is a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, able to think big (while paying careful attention to detail) and enjoys working in a fast-paced team that continuously learns and evolves on a day to day basis

Position Description

As a Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Generation of actionable Insights through Analysis of Key metrics across functions
  • Automation of recurring dashboards and reports
  • Identification of the root cause through deep analysis of data to reach a point where actionable solutions can be designed.
  • Devise mechanisms for control, performance monitoring, and reporting to internal stakeholders.
  • Assist development of test plans for related new product launches and related compliance testing. .Working cross-functionally with business teams to ensure development and implementation of programs as per timelines.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of complex Excel VBA macros writing experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience in automation of reports on Tableau or Quicksight using SQL

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Python
