Position: Business Analyst, CEO's Office
Location: Jaipur
Job Type: Full-time and Work from Office
Responsibilities:
Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Generate and analyze sales performance reports, including key metrics like:
- First Response Time (FRT)
- B2B product Demo scheduling and attendance rates
- Conversion metrics (e.g., Conversion% & TAT)
- Develop dashboards and visualizations for the CEO to track sales team performance and pipeline health.
- Use data insights to recommend process improvements and strategic initiatives.
Sales Operations Support:
- Assist and lead in daily sales operations, ensuring seamless lead assignment, follow-up tracking, and workflow management.
- Design and implement efficient processes within Zoho CRM to enable better lead tracking and management.
- Monitor and maintain lead prioritization systems to optimize sales outcomes.
CRM Management:
- Serve as the Zoho CRM expert, managing workflows, automations, and integrations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and hygiene in the CRM.
- Train sales team members on effective CRM usage and best practices.
Strategic Enablement:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales operations and achieve business goals.
- Support the CEO in tracking the progress of each lead through the pipeline, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
- Assist in scaling workflows and automations to meet the needs of a growing sales team.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, including workflows, automations, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in creating reports and dashboards (Zoho Analytics preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work closely with the CEO and sales team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise sales operations.
- Knowledge of other Zoho tools (e.g., Zoho Desk, Zoho Campaigns).
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics and best practices.
