Job Responsibilities
- Lead telemarketing efforts, influencing lead generation, appointment scheduling, surveys, and verification processes.
- Handle a variety of inbound and outbound calls, catering to the specific needs of both B2B and B2C clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and live chat support.
- Consistently exceed performance benchmarks, establishing new standards of At least 3 years of experience in an international call center setting.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent communication abilities.
- Candidates must be under 40 years of age.
- Demonstrated success in telemarketing and customer service roles.
