About Business Line/Function

CIB Architecture team under CIB ITO CIO focusses on Enterprise Architecture managing the transformation projects covering varied areas such as Asset Portfolio Management, Architecture Review and Design and DATA Architecture.

Position Purpose

Asset Portfolio Management (APM) is a process, which acts as an enabler for the highest management to take informed decisions regarding the plan for applications concerned.

This position is for a person to Coordinate with APM and Golden App representatives on data collection and quality.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

• Interactions with SPOC’s (User representative)
• Drive Project goals and communication with the SPOC and users
• Understand the user requirements and interpret the same with the technical team for implementation
• Documentation and process definition related to day to day work
• Generate various status reports, gap analysis documentation and dashboards for monitoring and tracking.
• Is able to communicate effectively across organisational, technical and political boundaries, understanding the context. Makes complex and technical information and language simple and accessible for non- technical audiences.
• Is able to advocate and communicate what a team does to create trust and authenticity, and can respond to challenge.
• Able to effectively translate and accurately communicate across technical and non- technical stakeholders as well as facilitating discussions within a multidisciplinary team, with potentially difficult dynamics.
  
  

Contributing Responsibilities

• Proactive suggestions for APM process/toolset evolution
• Be a part of the team representing APM to the higher management in different forums.
• Conduct workshop/ training for various APM users
  
  

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

• Excel Knowledge along with VBA and macros
• Basic understanding of RDBMS concepts and should be able to write SQL queries.
• Good Written and Oral communication skills
• Knowledge of IT Asset Management Process
• Ability to create the business analysis documents.
• Able to work independently using MS Office suite.
  
  

Specific Qualifications (if Required)

Preferred: BE/ BTech, BSc-IT, BSc-Comp, MSc-IT, MSc Comp, MCA

Experience Level At least 10 years

Other/Specific Qualifications

• Good to have technical knowledge of VB Macros
• Should be able write and understand simple SQL queries
