Business Analyst

The Business Analyst – Warehouse Operations will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing data related to warehouse performance, fulfillment, and logistics activities. This role is site-based and requires close collaboration with on-ground teams to ensure efficient operations across Maersk’s warehouse network, including CFS, CY, inland depots, and bonded warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data from warehouse systems to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide real-time insights for decision-making.
• Utilize SQL and other analytical tools to extract and manage data from multiple sources.
• Support warehouse planning and execution by providing analytical input on inventory, order fulfillment, and performance metrics.
• Partner with operational teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
• Assist in developing standardized data processes and reporting frameworks to improve operational visibility.
  
  

Who we’re looking for:

• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of warehouse and fulfillment operations.
• Ability to work independently within defined guidelines and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse analytics is an advantage.
  
  

This role falls under the Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Execution stream, which includes positions that manage and execute warehouse and fulfillment activities. As part of the administrative stream, this role supports operations by performing technical and analytical tasks to drive efficiency and operational excellence.
