Key Responsibilties
1–3 years of experience in business acquisition, sales support, tendering, or a similar role.
Qualifications
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
1) Experience in tender management, government liaison, or proposal preparation.
- Search and identify relevant tenders and departments aligned with business focus areas to
- Conduct preliminary research on government and private sector projects to identify potential
- Update and maintain tender data on a daily basis with complete accuracy and proper tracking.
- Support in preparing tenders, proposals, presentations, and related correspondence.
- Gather, prepare, and verify all necessary documents for tender submission in coordination with
- Ensure all submissions meet compliance requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain up-to-date reports by recording daily updates without delay.
- Track status of submitted tenders and proposals, and prepare follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments (technical, finance, admin, etc.) for inputs required during
- Assist in competitor analysis and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide administrative support to the Business Acquisition Manager for smooth departmental functioning.
1–3 years of experience in business acquisition, sales support, tendering, or a similar role.
Qualifications
