As a Content Marketing Manager, you will lead the development of engaging content that resonates with our audience on the OS1 platform. You will be instrumental in crafting compelling product narratives and thought leadership contents to elevate our brand through blogs, whitepapers, social media posts, drip campaigns, and sales collateral. This role combines creative content creation with deep understanding of logistics saas domain to enhance our presence in the market
What you will do:
- Content Creation & Strategy: Craft high-quality SEO optimized blog posts and whitepapers that align with our content strategy. Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely publication across all platforms
- Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer personas. Use these insights into the content and improve audience engagement
- Collaboration: Work closely with product management and sales teams to produce marketing content that clearly communicates our product's benefits and features. Assist in the development of sales collateral, case studies & testimonials tailored to our target audience
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of blog posts and other content strategies. Adjust plans as needed to maximize impact and ROI. Stay updated with market trends and competition
What we are looking for:
- Undergraduate degree in engineering, english, journalism or a related discipline from a Tier-I institute
- 4 years of content focused product marketing / brand management experience in internet startups/ Enterprise-grade SaaS/ supply chain organizations or e-commerce, preferably B2B.
- Strong communication and organization skills, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, multi-task, and prioritize
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, along with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and the conviction to drive them to completion is crucial for this role
- Must have domain knowledge of supply chain/ logistics
- Must have a solid understanding of SEO principles to optimize content and drive web traffic.
