Job Summary

As the Branch Manager at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch and driving business growth. You will lead a team of banking professionals and ensure that the branch meets its sales targets and provides exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall functioning of the branch, including operations, sales, and customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
• Monitor and analyze branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions
• Train, mentor, and motivate branch staff to deliver high-quality services and achieve their goals
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies and procedures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and address their queries and concerns
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and launch new products and services
• Prepare and submit reports on branch performance, sales, and customer feedback to senior management
