Role description
Job Description:
- Handling disbursement process for Retail asset products i.e. LAP, Micro-LAP, Affordable Housing loan, Business loan, Personal loan, Emerging Market etc.
2. Maintaining records, implementing & strictly following the processes as per SOP.
3. Managing Post disbursal process like receipt and closure of PDD/deliverables .
4. Handling of customer service desk for walk in customers.
5. Property document management and knowledge of locally applicable property documents.
- Document management, scanning, storage and retrievals.
- Ensure adherence to all Branch operations process in collaboration with other functions like sales, credit, customer service, collections etc.
- Ensure Branch is audit ready at all times with adherence to all critical parameters.
