- Manage the credit operations of the branch, including credit appraisal, credit risk assessment, and credit monitoring.
- Evaluate loan applications and make credit decisions based on the bank's policies and procedures.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate credit solutions.
- Monitor the credit portfolio and take necessary actions to mitigate any potential risks.
- Train and mentor junior credit officers to ensure efficient and effective credit operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely loan disbursement and recovery processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and make necessary adjustments to credit policies.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit management in the banking industry
