Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers using the company’s product by responding to inbound queries.
- Conduct web conferencing sessions with users to guide them in using the product effectively.
- Educate customers on product features, functionality, and potential upgrades to ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain high service standards, going the extra mile to guarantee customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address and resolve customer requests and complaints promptly.
- Provide weekly updates to the support manager, including a report on your performance metrics.
- Work with product, marketing, and sales teams to share insights that shape strategies.
- Directly impact customer satisfaction, retention, and company growth.
- Organize webinars, virtual meetups, and share best practices to build a customer community.
- Focus on goals like faster response times, higher CSAT scores, and increased product adoption.
