Assist the BIM Team Leader in the performance of their duties
- Undertake BIM modeling and documentation work to the direction of BIM Team Leader
- Assist BIM Team Leader in compliance with project Design Criteria/ Client Brief/ Approved Concept / BIM Execution Plan
- Assist BIM Team Leader in compliance with relevant design standards and office standards;
- Assist BIM Team Leader in compliance with program constraints and budget;
- Assist BIM Team Leader in compliance with ISO Quality Procedure Manual
- Ensure high quality of BIM modeling and documentation work and accuracy of designs
- Assist BIM Team Leader in efficiency of BIM modeling and documentation drawing production of the Team
- Assist BIM Team Leader in preparing Documents, Reports, Testing Big Data, Project Manuals / Standards, Contents, etc.
- Candidate must have ITE / Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in an engineering consultancy firm
- Must be skilled in BIM Software, such as Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, AutoCAD
- Familiar with BIM and Production Standards, ISO, BSI, PAS, NCS, NBIMS
