Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Oversee the analysis of market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on thorough business analysis and planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development initiatives with company goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
- Prepare and present business development reports to senior management.
- Manage the end-to-end business development process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Ensure that all business development activities are aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize business development strategies.
- Support the development of marketing and sales materials to enhance business development efforts.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes and methodologies.
- Must have strong experience in Business Analysis and Planning.
- Should have a solid understanding of R&D Preclinical and Clinical domains.
- Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Should have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
