Role - Growth Marketer
Location - Chennai
Experience - 3 to 6 years
We are seeking a skilled Growth Marketer to drive lead generation and enhance our brand presence for our B2B SaaS product. In this role, you will design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to attract and convert high-quality leads. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to use data effectively in developing new marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement demand generation campaigns across digital advertising, email, SEO/SEM, social media, influencer marketing, and events to drive pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with sales on ICP alignment, lead nurturing, and funnel conversion strategies.
- Launch and manage co-marketing initiatives with channel and tech partners to boost reach and revenue.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop materials that support demand generation objectives and resonate with target customer personas.
- Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and optimize for conversion and ROI.
- Oversee the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum impact.
- Research competitor GTM tactics and emerging industry trends to keep strategies current.
Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful B2B SaaS campaigns.
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager) and social media/influencer campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns for measurable results.
- Excellent communication skills to craft compelling, channel-specific messaging.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of the B2B buyer’s journey and experience in targeting specific verticals or personas.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM.
Note: Candidate should be currently employed in a growth marketing / demand generation / digital marketing role for at least the past 3 years.
