We’re looking for a Java Developer with strong analytical and technical ability with 5+ years of experience in Core Java, Spring Boot framework, REST API, Microservices, relational and NoSQL DBs with a good exposure on cloud technologies.

- analyzing business requirements for the Group HR Tech division and deliver robust technology solutions
- providing technical expertise for new initiatives and enhancing our existing applications
- building solutions that are testable with the highest levels of automation possible
- conducting code reviews and testing software as needed
- collaborating with product, engineering, infrastructure services teams
- supporting and resolving production incidents

- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development with Java, Spring boot framework, REST APIs and microservices
- good understanding of the SQL and NoSQL databases (like Postgres or MongoDB or Cassandra)
- ability to write clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code
- experience with cloud services, preferably Azure, and the ability to utilize cloud resources in backend development
- good understanding of the agile processes, git/gitlab and CI/CD pipelines
- strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work independently
