Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management:
    • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data into company systems.
    • Organize and manage physical and digital records, ensuring they are easily accessible and well-maintained.
    • Ensure data integrity by checking for errors, correcting discrepancies, and maintaining proper filing systems.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist with general office management tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
    • Provide administrative support to various departments, helping in scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing presentations.
    • Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and effective communication within the office.
    • Assist in coordinating and facilitating internal meetings, training, and events.
    • Communicate with clients and external stakeholders, providing necessary information and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Customer Support (if applicable):
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed, ensuring a positive customer experience.
    • Record customer complaints and issues, escalating them to the relevant department for resolution.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) as directed by supervisors or managers.
    • Assist in the preparation of company documents, presentations, and reports.
    • Support management in analyzing data and providing insights for operational improvement.
  • Data Analysis (Basic):
    • Assist in gathering and analyzing data for operational performance reviews.
    • Help in generating reports related to inventory, sales, finance, or other business metrics as required.
  • Compliance and Confidentiality:
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with care.


Qualifications:

  • Education: A recent graduate with a degree in [any relevant field, e.g., Business Administration, Finance, IT, etc.] is preferred.
