  • Data Entry and Processing:

    • Assist in the creation, updating, and maintenance of databases, records, and spreadsheets.
    • Process forms, documents, and other data-driven tasks using specialized software and systems.
  • Office Administrative Support:
    • Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
    • Handle office correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required by supervisors or managers.
  • File Management and Document Organization:
    • Organize and maintain both physical and electronic files, ensuring that documents are properly labeled and easy to retrieve.

  • Computer and Office Equipment Management:
