Primary Skill - > 7 years strong QA background to run E2E QA program in Test Automation - Java, Selenium, BDD, API, DB Test Automation
Develop the testing scripts based on the design and direction given by the lead/mentor

- Extensive manual and automated testing experience/knowledge as tester in the past that would help get into the details and question the teams defects raised status quo
- Provide guidance on automation tools/strategy to test multiple products ensuring alignment with specifications, settings, and quality
- Drive overall testing strategy and governance framework and guide cross-functional teams in the execution of end to end functional and regression, SIT and UAT testing
- Define, track, and report quality metrics across the program providing actionable insights to improve quality and time-to-market
- Formulate the development of hands-free testing and monitoring tools to ensure desired quality
- Creates and implements quality standards.
- Publish/Own quality reports and documentation
