Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately according to customer orders using handheld devices.
• Ensure that the correct quantity and type of items are picked for each order.
• Maintain a high level of productivity while meeting quality standards.
• Properly label and package picked items for shipment.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to the supervisor.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass with basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in picking orders.
• Physical stamina to lift and move items as required.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
