Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager for our Animal Feed division in Erode. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring up to six years of work experience. The ideal candidate will excel in supply chain management and regulatory compliance, ensuring the highest quality in animal feed production and alignment with industry standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Mastery of supply chain management to effectively oversee and optimize feed production and distribution. (Mandatory skill)
- Proficient in using nutritional analysis tools to ensure the dietary quality and safety of animal feeds. (Mandatory skill)
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance for animal feed to guarantee adherence to industry standards. (Mandatory skill)
- Experience with feed formulation software for developing nutrient-rich and cost-effective feed solutions.
- Strong skills in quality assurance testing to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.
- Adept at vendor negotiation to build partnerships with suppliers and achieve competitive pricing.
- Proficient in project management for timely and effective implementation of feed production strategies.
- Ability to conduct market trend analysis to keep feed offerings competitive and relevant.
