Marketing is responsible for guiding prospects and customers throughout their journey with Basware. Through providing thought leading insights, practical advice, and a roadmap for automation, in partnership with our Sales function, we enable organizations to drive the transformation of their AP and Finance functions. Leveraging industry leading marketing platforms including Hubspot, and the latest in AI technologies, we activate multi-channel marketing programs to help prospects get informed, build their business case, select the right-fit solutions, and make it all just happen for our customers.
We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Associate Specialist, Demand Generation, to join our Marketing Operations team. In this role, you will support the execution of AI-enhanced, multi-channel marketing programs that drive pipeline and demand across new and existing customer segments. You will play a key role in leveraging marketing automation tools to ensuring campaign delivery, maintaining data integrity, and facilitating seamless coordination between global and local marketing teams.

We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Associate Specialist, Demand Generation, to join our Marketing Operations team. In this role, you will support the execution of AI-enhanced, multi-channel marketing programs that drive pipeline and demand across new and existing customer segments. You will play a key role in leveraging marketing automation tools to ensuring campaign delivery, maintaining data integrity, and facilitating seamless coordination between global and local marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end execution of global multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid media, social and web, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to program goals.
- Collaborate with global and local marketing teams, serving as a liaison to offshore execution teams for seamless communication and coordination.
- Manage workflows, daily tasks and timelines through project management tools (e.g., Asana), ensuring visibility, tracking, and completion of deliverables.
- Manage lead creation and updates in the Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) and CRM (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and hygiene.
- Assist in the creation and optimization of marketing assets, including emails, landing pages, and nurture workflows within CRM platform (e.g. HubSpot).
- Conduct regular audits and maintenance of marketing data, including contact segmentation, subscription status, opt-ins, and list uploads to ensure campaign readiness and compliance.
- Assist in campaign performance tracking and reporting, contributing insights to improve pipeline quality and conversion.
- Contribute to A/B testing strategies for email and landing pages to enhance performance and engagement.
- Provide administrative and operational support for nurture campaigns, campaign launches, and demand generation initiatives.
- Ensure alignment and consistency across global marketing operations through clear communication and process documentation.
- Leverage (Gen)AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and others to support content creation, streamline campaign workflows, enhance email marketing efficiency, and improve day-to-day marketing operations.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Technology, Business, or related field preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment with cross-cultural teams. Basic knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot (Marketo, Pardot, or similar tools are also beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, data sorting, etc.).
- Experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and Google adwords a benefit.
