Job Description
About the role...
Asan"ImagingOperator"atIronMountain,youwillplayacrucialroleinconvertingphysical documentsintodigitalformatusingadvancedscanningequipment.Yourresponsibilitieswill includeensuringthesafehandlingoflegacyrecordsandmaintainingtheaccuracyofscanned images.Additionally,youwillbeinstrumentalinachievingdailyscanningtargetsusing state-of-the-artproductionscanners,whetheratcustomersitesorIronMountainfacilities.

Job Description
About the role...
Asan"ImagingOperator"atIronMountain,youwillplayacrucialroleinconvertingphysical documentsintodigitalformatusingadvancedscanningequipment.Yourresponsibilitieswill includeensuringthesafehandlingoflegacyrecordsandmaintainingtheaccuracyofscanned images.Additionally,youwillbeinstrumentalinachievingdailyscanningtargetsusing state-of-the-artproductionscanners,whetheratcustomersitesorIronMountainfacilities.
Qualifications...
- Thedesiredexperiencelevelrangesfrom6monthsto1year.
- Proficiencyinscanninglegacyphysicaldocumentsusingoverheadandautomaticdocumentfeed scannersacrossvariouscustomersites.
- Availabilitytoworksixdaysaweek,withaminimumof8.5-hourshiftscoveringmorning,day,and afternoonschedules.
- Basiccomputerandlaptophandlingskills,includingfamiliaritywithMSExcel,MSWord,andthe Windowscalculator.
- Strongattentiontodetail,awillingnesstolearn,target-drivenmindset,andasenseof responsibilitytowardsassignedduties.
- Effectivecommunicationskills,includingbasicemailhandlingabilities.
- Competenceinhandlinginternet-baseddatauploadingandmanualtrackingofinward/outward registers.
- Priorexperiencewithdocumentscanningorhandlingproductionscannersisadvantageous.
- Minimumeducationalqualification:Anygraduatedegree.
