Job Summary

As an Associate Relationship Manager-LAP, you will be responsible for managing and growing the mortgage/loan portfolio in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their financial needs, and offer suitable products and services to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels
• Conduct market research and understand the local market trends and customer needs
• Meet with customers to understand their financial requirements and offer suitable mortgage/loan products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the mortgage/loan portfolio
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments and regulations related to mortgages/loans
• Provide excellent customer service and handle any customer complaints or queries in a timely manner
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail banking, preferably in the mortgage/loan department
• Strong understanding of the local market and customer needs in Raipur, Chhattisgarh
