Skills and Competencies
Our Research Portfolio Management (RPM) team is responsible for managing research content products through their life cycles and ongoing reviews to ensure we produce content that is most relevant and insightful to our customers. We govern, manage, and realize all initiatives and goals through the Research Content Forum (RCF) via an established framework. Additionally, the RPM team leads program management of centralized AI proof-of-concepts and initiatives within Research & Outreach, and actively engages with Ratings & Research Support (RRS) and the Global Capability Center (GCC) to establish key workstreams critical for the future state of research processes, digitalization, and portfolio.

Skills and Competencies
- 5+ years of project/product management experience
- The ideal candidate should possess strong oral and written communication skills, excellent analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Experience with statistics/data analytics (Power BI, Excel)
- Experience working in financial services or with digital products and Confidence and a knack for "figuring things out"
- Ability to think creatively and develop high-profile presentations for senior stakeholders
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree required
- Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating Research Portfolio Management initiatives to ensure timely completion
- Support and coordinate Research Portfolio Management initiatives, ensuring timely and effective project delivery.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, goals, scope, deliverables, and document key decisions throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare status reports for stakeholders
- Coordinate project kick-off meetings and develop detailed project plans using tools such as Microsoft Project or Excel
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, and vendors
- Identify potential risks and issues and support in developing mitigation strategies
- Develop and maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
