Job Purpose
To help in various design related works of Terminal buildings, office and Interior designing
To manage the project under the guidance of HOD from the stage involved till completion .be it at Terminal , NUB OR Guest Houses etc.

To achieving the Capex and Opex works as per goal sheet
Achieving milestone in the goal sheet
Work initiating & Monitoring on daily and weekly basis depending upon the nature of work
Report and walk down
Attending Senior management observations and closing those points.
Report and walk down
EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
To assist our HOD for the work interfaces with internal departments.
FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

- To assist our HOD for collecting the datas from external agencies and give them solutions regarding design work
To assist our HOD for the work interfaces with internal departments.
FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
- Assisting our HOD for the continuous up gradation of Terminal Capex budget.
- Assisting our HOD for the continual maintenance of the terminal Opex budget.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- B. Arch.
- Working knowledge of software like AUTO Cad, Revit, Photoshop, Sketchup, MS office
- 3 years of experience of execution in Finishes & Interior Projects.
