Position Overview

The Associate Lead/ Specialist – Strategy is a vital role aimed at driving growth through strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution
• MBA from a Premier B School with a strong academic record
  
  

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in business planning and financial modelling
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex business projects
• Experience in developing strategic plans and financial forecasts

• Business Planning: Ability to develop comprehensive business plans that align with organizational goals and drive growth
• Financial Modelling: Expertise in creating detailed financial models that support strategic decision-making and forecasting
  
  

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective business plans to achieve organizational goals
• Create comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of business objectives and strategies
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of business initiatives, suggesting improvements where necessary
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  
  

Skills and Attributes

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely
• Proficient in financial software and tools, such as Excel, SQL, and financial modelling software
