- Lead and mentor the QA to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Oversee product inspections and testing processes for the quality assurance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality.
- Maintain accurate record for quality checks, testing and corrective actions.
- Investigate quality issues and collaborate with teams for corrective actions.
- Assist with internal and external audits by ensuring audit readiness.
- Collaborate with Production, Manufacturing and engineering teams to meet quality goals.
- Good to have related experience in Renewables Quality, Assembly like Nacelle, Converter, etc..
- Knowledge about Quality tools and Lean Manufacturing.
- Knowledge about ISO certification and APQP.
- Prefer certification in QA and familiarity with industry standards.
