Over-all responsibility is project execution of Associate Document Controller procedures activities.
Responsibilities
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recording incoming and outgoing Drawing and Document in Document Control system.
- Ensuring timely distribution as per distribution matrix
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- Knowledge in MS Advanced Excel
- Knowledge in Macros to automate the reports
- Communication skill and good teamwork
