Key Responsibilities


1. Team Leadership

  • Lead a team of 20 BDEs/SDEs, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving targets.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure professional growth and development.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and motivated work environment encouraging creativity and innovation.
  • Lead and close critical new business cases.


2. Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for new client acquisition (inbound & outbound).
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and lead nurturing to conversion and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with organizational priorities.
  • Identify and execute new initiatives to open traction channels for customer acquisition.


3. Communication & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders — clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Effectively communicate Graphy’s value proposition and competitive advantages to prospective clients.
  • Represent Graphy.com as a brand ambassador with professionalism and integrity.


4. Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Define and track KPIs to measure team and sales effectiveness.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to drive revenue growth, maximize ROI, and achieve sales targets.


5. Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

  • Deliver detailed weekly and monthly business reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure transparency on targets, progress, and challenges through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Regularly update leadership on performance, initiatives, and key outcomes.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in team management and sales leadership, preferably in SaaS product sales.
  • Proven success in new business acquisition (inbound & outbound).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a creative, growth-driven mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation, prospecting, KPI tracking, and business forecasting.
  • Results-oriented and passionate about achieving ambitious sales goals.
