Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct compliance reviews and assessments specifically related to labour law and legal compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Assist in developing and implementing compliance programs and initiatives tailored to labour law and legal compliance.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and updates relevant to labour law and legal compliance and guide internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address labour law and legal compliance-related issues and provide training as needed
  • Coordinate visits to government offices as necessary for labour law and legal compliance-related matters, and liaise with officials
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on labour law and legal compliance activities and findings
