- Job Role Oversee the day-to-day functions of the department, Responsible for effective installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff and end users.
- Job Descriptions
- Installation of Information Systems: Install, configure, upgrade and troubleshooting of devices - Personal Computers, Desktops, Servers and Peripherals.
- Securing of IT Infrastructure: Securing the IT network & infrastructure from virus, malwares or any other attacks and keeping the company data securely.
- Systems troubleshooting skills: Verify that peripherals are working properly, quickly arrange repair for hardware in occasion of hardware failure. Fault diagnosis and resolution, liaising with vendors as & when required.
- Data Backup: Ensuring data is backed up as per the schedule and check the backup data consistency.
- User Support and Quality Assurance: Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter and minimizing the break downs.
- Administration: He will also be responsible for functions of Administration department on day-to-day basis.
- Take rounds every day to waste segregation area, Ensure the segregation area is kept neat and clean. Make sure proper decoy system followed.
- Take rounds all the back areas and ensure proper waste segregation mainly by F&B(P) & F&B(S) is followed by the departments.
- Check the Grease trap oil separating machine and with the help of KST & maintenance make sure that the machine is working properly.
- Take care of various RT related celebrations and conduct community development programs whenever possible.
