• Responsibilities: Execute and manage our entire social media marketing portfolio on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Quora and other social platforms.
  
  

Analyse and optimize existing and new posts critically to ensure they are having desired impact.

Provide recommendations and execute strategies for new social marketing opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting in accordance with organization goals.

Conceptualize, design and create attractive and impactful social posts on a regular basis to keep our target audience engaged and interested.

Utilize your skills and understanding of tools such as #hashtags, CTAs to ensure the success of your posts

Regularly perform user interviews to collect their detailed reviews, feedback and video testimonials to create video and textual content

Scan the internet to come up with innovative new ways to market ourselves

Monitor analytics to make recommendations to improve engagement of social campaigns

Ideate, create and execute periodic discount campaigns during festivals and other occasions such as Black Friday.

Create and execute Email Marketing Campaigns to support any periodic campaigns you wish to run

Seek out partnering opportunities with Social Media Influencers to increase the reach of our brand

Conduct periodic Webinars to engage our social media audience even more

• Educational qualification Required: An MBA with specialization in Marketing or Communications is desirable
• Experience Required: 3-7 Years
• Skills Required: Rich experience in single-handedly handling the Social Media presence and growth marketing of large B2B brands.
