- Ensure the delivery of exceptional subject matter, adhering to industry standards and company policies.
- Implement and monitor service quality standards and procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments (e.g., flight operations, catering, security) to ensure seamless quality.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of aviation industry regulations and hospitality best practices.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Aviation Hospitality Services and Management or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in the aviation hospitality industry, preferably in a management role.
- Strong understanding of aviation operations, customer service principles, and hospitality management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software.
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards.
