Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their banking needs are met efficiently and effectively
- Assist clients with account opening, fund transfers, bill payments, and other banking transactions
- Proactively identify and address client concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and enhance the overall client experience
- Participate in training and development programs to stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends
- Contribute to the growth and success of the Consumer Banking Group by actively engaging in client acquisition and relationship management activities
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficient in using banking systems and technology to efficiently process transactions and maintain client records
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of department and organizational goals
