Core Competencies, Knowledge & Experience
- UI/UX Tools: 3–6 years experience with tools like Figma.
- Frontend Development: 2–3 years experience with Java, Angular, React, Node.js, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Design Principles: Strong grasp of responsive design, user-centered design, and accessibility standards.
- Delivery Tools: Familiarity with ServiceNow, Remedy ITSM, Jira, Confluence, Teamwire.
- Version Control: Experience with Git.
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of Network and Infra domains.
Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership
- Collaborate with Software Architects to translate requirements into UI/UX designs.
- Manage task documentation using JIRA or similar tools.
- Analyze statistical data to identify patterns and issues.
- Support delivery managers in designing end-to-end solutions and reviewing cross-domain integration.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
- Promote adoption of new technologies.
- Align technical stories with architecture principles and patterns.
- Define and accept technical features based on demos and best practices.
