Core Competencies, Knowledge & Experience

• UI/UX Tools: 3–6 years experience with tools like Figma.
• Frontend Development: 2–3 years experience with Java, Angular, React, Node.js, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Design Principles: Strong grasp of responsive design, user-centered design, and accessibility standards.
• Delivery Tools: Familiarity with ServiceNow, Remedy ITSM, Jira, Confluence, Teamwire.
• Version Control: Experience with Git.
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of Network and Infra domains.
  
  

Security & DevOps: Ability to develop API-based solutions aligned with security guidelines and DevOps methodologies

Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership

• Collaborate with Software Architects to translate requirements into UI/UX designs.
• Manage task documentation using JIRA or similar tools.
• Analyze statistical data to identify patterns and issues.
• Support delivery managers in designing end-to-end solutions and reviewing cross-domain integration.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Promote adoption of new technologies.
• Align technical stories with architecture principles and patterns.
• Define and accept technical features based on demos and best practices.
