Role Description

EUT Mobility Team provides End-to-End services to corporate and personal mobile devices by protecting company information and controlling the way users access and share information. This includes Application deployment, profile and policies configuration and Intune administration support for UK, Swiss MF. The team works predominantly with all the infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to maintain business continuity around the security of platforms of the organization Interfacing with business application owners, to provide MDM support.

Location : Hyderabad

Work shift Timings : 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM (IST)

Role Requirement

• Proven experience as a Microsoft Intune Administrator or similar role.
• Experience in configuring device enrollment settings to streamline the addition of new devices to the network.
• Skilled in managing both corporate-owned and personal devices under various operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows).
• Expertise in deploying, managing, and securing applications using Intune.
• Ability to create and manage app protection policies to protect corporate data.
• Experience in setting up app configuration policies to customize and configure app settings remotely.
• Skilled in creating and enforcing security policies to ensure device and application compliance.
• Experience with compliance policy settings and conditions, including risk-based conditional access policies.
• Strong vendor management experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot devices and applications that are non-compliant with established policies.
• Knowledge of data loss prevention strategies and implementation through Intune.
• Experience in configuring data encryption on devices and applications to secure sensitive information.
• Proficiency in integrating Intune with Azure Active Directory for identity and access management.
• Skilled in setting up conditional access policies to control access to corporate resources based on conditions.
• Ability to integrate Intune with other Microsoft security tools like Azure AD and Azure Information Protection for enhanced security measures.
• Proficient in troubleshooting enrollment, policy deployment, and other issues remotely.
• Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation for Intune and Microsoft 365 Defender.
• Be able to communicate effectively, technical issues with technical and non-technical audience.
• A solid understanding of the ITIL framework.
• Possess strong leadership qualities to guide and inspire a team of Intune specialists towards achieving goals.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams, fostering cooperation and synergy.
• Ability to mentor team members, fostering their professional growth and skills development.

• Group Policy Management, Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
• Scripting: (PowerShell, VB Script, and CMD etc.) HTML and XML (Basic Knowledge)

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology
• 6+ years’ experience in a similar role and Enterprise organisation
  
  

Technical Certifications (Must have)

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent certification is required.
• Microsoft Intune certification (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Manager Specialist) is highly preferred.
• PowerShell / Power-BI/Power Apps / Graph API (Application Programming Interface) related certification (preferred)
  
  

Technical Certifications (Good to have)

• ITIL V4 Advanced
• Cloud based Admin certification.
• MD – 102 (End point administration associate)
