Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Assistant Manager Marketing to join our dynamic team in Gandhinagar, India. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance our brand presence.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels
• Manage and optimize Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns to meet key ROI objectives
• Oversee display advertising initiatives, working closely with media agencies to maximize campaign effectiveness
• Lead content management efforts, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging across all platforms
• Develop and implement email marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and conversions
• Analyze marketing performance data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign ROI
• Coordinate tactical campaigns and promotions to drive incremental revenue during key periods
• Cultivate partnerships with local and regional organizations to expand market reach and generate qualified leads
• Support the development of marketing budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing
• Proven expertise in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and display advertising campaign management
• Strong knowledge of content management systems and email marketing platforms
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools)
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Demonstrated experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant marketing software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with the local market in Gandhinagar and surrounding regions is a plus
