Overview

Job Overview:

Handling maintenance planning and execution for complete Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Utilities and Facilities)

Managing Repair and Maintenance budget for Engineering department by close coronation with the group.

Driving cost optimization and productivity initiatives for Engineering department

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Ensuring the implementation of the maintenance system designed by the engineering manager to minimize downtime and costs of maintenance

Ensuring 100% uptime for Process

Ensuring that the engineering stores carries the optimum amount of inventory at all times for smooth running of utilities by issuing timely indents

Assisting the engineering manager in purchase plans for new technology

Participating in various SGA activities to understand the functioning of the various plant systems

Supporting the manager in implementing and maintaining an adaptive culture in the plant

Support Engineering Manager in Asset Verification Activity.

Ensure Equipment, People and Food Safety in utility area as per Pepsico Guidelines.

People

Coaching and developing the team of Team to achieve a committed and high performing maintenance team

Practicing and communicating forward a quality and hygiene focused culture in the plant

Build TPM Culture in Engineering

Production volume of Channo plant to the tune of 50000 MT / annum

No of customers: 14 operatives

No of sites: One (7 Production lines)

Expert in Instrumentation, PLCs, Programming & Communication

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  •  Graduation in Engineering - Electrical
  •  Experience in Maintenance & Projects of around 5-10 yrs
  •  Preferably experience Process Engg / PLC Programming
  •  Exposure of TPM & Project management is desirable
