Assistant Manager Internal Audit

We are seeking a qualified ICWA professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Internal Audit to join our Internal Audit (IA) team as an Assistant Manager. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and compliance of our financial operations across various locations. The position requires travel to different plants as per the job's demands.

Required skills: we are looking for someone who worked in Real Estate and construction Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive internal audits across various locations to assess financial operations, internal controls, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify areas of risk and inefficiency, providing actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and reduce financial risks.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure the timely implementation of audit recommendations.
• Assist in the development and improvement of internal audit methodologies and practices.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in auditing standards and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

Qualifications:

• ICWA qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 + years of experience in Internal Audit.
• Strong understanding of auditing principles, internal controls, and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and report-writing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required.
