Job Summary

The Assistant Manager - Finance (AR) will oversee the accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate collections, effective credit controls, and compliance with financial policies. This role involves collaborating across departments to optimize the revenue cycle and improve AR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage collections, reconciliations, and follow-ups on overdue accounts.
  • Monitor aging reports and implement credit control policies.
  • Prepare AR financial reports and cash flow forecasts.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in AR management.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and disputes professionally.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years in finance with a focus on AR management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in the services industry.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
