The Assistant Manager – Finance and Accounting will be responsible for supporting the finance team in managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and optimizing the company's financial health. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support business g

    Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting principles and regulatory requ
  • irements.Accounting Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and posting to the genera
  • l ledger.Cash Flow Management: Assist in monitoring cash flow, managing working capital, and ensuring the availability of funds for operation
  • al needs.Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the preparation and management of budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with busine
  • ss goals.Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of taxes, including GST, TDS, and other statutory taxes, and coordinate with tax con
  • sultants.Audit Coordination: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to audit
  • queries.Accounts Payable & Receivable: Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and col
  • lections.Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, provide insights into financial performance, and suggest areas for improvement to senior ma
  • nagement.Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Work with vendors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth financial op
  • erations.Process Improvement: Continuously review and suggest improvements to accounting processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effec



tiveness.


  • WHO YOU ARE
    Experience: 3+ years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a fast-paced D2C or e-commerce
  • environment.Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel; experience with ERP system
  • s is a plus.Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail a
  • nd accuracy.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and extern
  • al partners.Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and mee
  • t deadlines.Adaptable: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities and r

  • Qualifications
    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications such as CA (Inter), CMA, or
  • CPA are a plus.Proven experience in handling accounts, financial reporting, and compliance in a growing busine
  • ss environment.Strong understanding of Indian accounting principles, taxation, and lega
  • l requirements.Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other relevant statutor
  • y requirements.Experience in handling audits, both internal and external, with the ability to manage documentation and queri
