  • Review of Books of accounts: Review and analyzing the accounts of Real Estate Project.

  • Review of Reconciliations: Ensure to reconcile Advances, Debtors, Bank accounts, Creditors, Investments, Secured Loans and Unsecured Loans etc.

  • Managing and controlling the Banking Transactions : Fund management, preparation of Fund reports

  • Monitoring Loans/Borrowings: Coordinating with Bankers for getting the disbursements of Loans and monitoring all the loans

  • Construction / Property related matter

  • Direct & Indirect Tax :TDS ,GST , Statutory Compliance,

  • Preparing the MIS

  • Coordinating with the third Party.



    • Experience- 4-5 Years of experience in Real Estate/ Construction only



    Location- Delhi



    Education- Any UG/ PG
