Assistant Manager Data Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of data analysts, ensuring deliverables are met with accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee the design and development of Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
• Manage SQL-based data extractions and ensure database integrity.
• Drive business insights through data mining and advanced analytics techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide training and mentoring to upskill team members.
• Contribute to process improvements and establish best practices for data management
  
  

Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

Essential:

• 5–8 years of total experience in data analytics, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Macros & VBA), SQL, Power BI., Tableau
• Strong experience in team handling, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into business strategy.
• Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
