We’re looking for a detail-strong, insight-led Assistant Manager to help scale our gifting business. This is a taste-first role: you’ll curate with instinct, back it with data, and shape a catalogue that feels fresh, relevant, and delightful. You’ll expand the assortment, track product performance, build strong vendor relationships, and ensure every addition feels intentional and user-centric.

What you’ll do

• Identify gaps and discover products that match user needs, market trends, and our brand sensibility
• Onboard high-quality vendors and build dependable, long-term partnerships
• Analyse data to spot trends, optimise performance, and guide smarter decisions
• Work closely with partnerships, operations, and content teams to improve conversion and launch new products seamlessly
• Keep the catalogue sharp: accuracy, QC, category health, and smooth go-lives
• Constantly refresh the assortment with a curator’s eye: balancing taste, utility, and demand
