Job Description

  • Proven experience in business development within the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration industry, with a focus on the North Region market.
  • Strong understanding of dealer management, channel sales, and customer relationship management practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to drive informed decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Ability to travel within the North Region as needed.

  • Business Development:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the North Region.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Dealer Management:
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
  • Evaluate performance metrics and provide necessary support to enhance dealer capabilities.
  • Recruit new dealers where necessary to expand geographic coverage and market reach.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer retention and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update customers on products and services.
  • Channel Sales:
  • Implement effective channel sales strategies to optimize distribution channels and maximize revenue.
  • Monitor channel performance and provide guidance and support to channel partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with channel partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Sales Growth:
  • Set ambitious sales growth targets for the region and develop action plans to achieve them.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Continuously assess market conditions and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
