Assistant HR - Freshers

Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant HR to support our HR department. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about Human Resources and eager to learn about various HR functions. The Assistant HR will play a supportive role in recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support: Assist with screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Employee Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
• Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and confidential.
• Employee Relations: Assist with addressing employee inquiries and directing them to the appropriate resources.
• HR Administration: Support HR team with daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing employee engagement events and HR-related activities.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure that HR policies and procedures are followed and understood by employees.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team to support various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
