Location: Wadala Mumbai, Maharashtra
Working Hours: Monday to Friday + 2 Saturdays a month
No. of Requirement: 1
Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM
Reports to: Brand Manager
Experience: 3-4 years
Role Overview:
The Assistant Brand Manager will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day brand activities, working closely with content creators, graphic designers, and video editors to ensure brand consistency across social media and other marketing channels. You will be responsible for executing marketing strategies and scaling brand awareness while upholding the brand’s tone and voice.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in marketing plans, content creation, creative writing, and brand marketing, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, luxury lifestyle environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a cohesive brand presence across all engagement and communication channels.
- Manage the social media calendar, working with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors to develop engaging content.
- Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand strategy.
- Collaborate with the Brand Manager to create and implement monthly social media strategies.
- Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and terminology across all brand communications.
- Supervise community management and ensure positive engagement with customers across platforms.
- Drive growth and engagement on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn by implementing actionable plans.
- Use analytics tools to monitor the progress and success of social media initiatives.
- Create and manage the monthly editorial calendar, aligning content with sales and B2B objectives
- Be proactive in decision-making and take ownership of execution, ensuring tasks are completed quickly and efficiently
- Stay on top of all tasks, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of campaigns.
- Deal with homeowners and external stakeholders as needed, managing expectations and ensuring a seamless brand experience.
- “Hold the fort” independently in critical situations, ensuring operations run smoothly even under pressure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product Development) to optimize campaigns.
- Assist in hiring, training, and providing constructive feedback to other team members.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, technologies, and tools.
