Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Target Achievement: Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets for windows and doors in the assigned region (Vijayawada and surrounding areas).
  • Business Development: Identify and create new business opportunities by engaging with builders, contractors, architects, fabricators, and distributors in the region.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and ensure competitive pricing.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with the sales team to guide, motivate, and ensure that the team achieves sales goals. Provide training and support as needed.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide customers with detailed product information, including features, benefits, and installation procedures, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Site Visits & Customer Interaction: Conduct site visits and product presentations, engaging with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • After-Sales Support: Ensure that all customer queries, complaints, and issues are addressed promptly, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Brand Promotion: Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and customer meetings to enhance visibility and promote the company’s windows and doors products.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in windows, doors, or other building materials.
  • Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of the construction industry, windows and doors products, and their features and benefits is highly desirable.
  • Qualification: Graduation in any discipline (engineering, business management, or related fields is a plus).
  • License & Bike: A personal bike and a valid driver’s license are mandatory due to the travel-intensive nature of the role.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative in driving sales performance.
  • Location: Based in Vijayawada, with the willingness to travel within the city and surrounding areas.
