- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company's sales objectives

- Manage and grow the existing customer base by providing excellent customer service and support
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling the company's products
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the management team
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth
- Train and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
